Local Team Guidelines
(Revised May 2018)
These guidelines were developed by the State CDR Office in 2011 to address changes in data collection and reporting. They supersede any previous guidelines or protocols and should be followed by all local CDR teams in Alabama. Any questions or concerns should be directed to the State CDR Office. Local CDR coordinators and chairpersons will be made aware of any and all future revisions to these guidelines.
