Income Eligibility Guidelines

Effective from May 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

Alabama's Women, Infants, and Children's (WIC) Program is open to participants with incomes up to 185 percent of the federal poverty level, and are based on gross income before taxes are withheld. Click the income table below to see if you may qualify.
