Operating Hours

Alexander City Clinic: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
Dadeville Clinic: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.)

Free Communication Assistance

The Alabama Department of Public Health offers free communication assistance to all clients. Free communication assistance is the use of an interpreter or other communication services to assist the participant in effectively communicating with bilingual staff. Learn more.

COVID-19 Vaccine

  • COVID-19 vaccinations are given Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by appointment. Please call (256) 329-0531 to schedule an appointment. Pediatric Pfizer is only offered on Wednesdays.
  • Visit vaccines.gov for other providers near you.

COVID-19 Testing

Testing is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. No appointment is needed. Please call (256) 329-0531 ahead of time to ensure there is a nurse available.
